And how did she expect to get away with this?!? If Braxlynn had lived, she mightve been sick and needed a donor for whatever reason. Both her and wade wouldn't be a DNA match so that could've been a problem.
And I've been plus size almost all my life but I take weight loss injections now and I'm not anymore BUT I still knew then and now that I can't take a life because they have something I don't. She should've just taken care of her kids and found a man who loved both of them. Instead she's caused so much pain and trauma

If that baby was breathing oxygen from its mother then she was a life, she was alive,, there is nothing to say that child could not have breathed unsupported once she was born so she took that baby's life, she murdered that baby by murdering her mother, by cutting off her oxygen supply!! She should be charged with the childs death too, and some kind of charge for traumatising that little girl who had to watch and hear her mother die in such a terrifying and dreadful way!!!
What gets me in this and this tangled up ball of yarn of combativeness about testimony is that, the mother went through so much abuse of being beaten stabbed thrown into walls landing on the floor. All of these things could have easily have added up to a placental abruption before she cut that baby out and because she removed the amniotic sack, the placenta and the umbilical cord of this child we would never know the difference. So that being said, yeah she is responsible for the death of that baby as well as she is responsible for the death of this baby's mother! They're trivializing over. Oh well to say that she was too fat and she was primitive and this that and or the other. I think it's a trail of making bad decisions that led up to the the very fabric of why this woman even took that baby out of that woman's womb a savagely as she did!

What it did prove though, was that if the baby died of asphyxiation due to blood loss and death of the mother, that she killed the baby, who would likely have been born if the mother had not been attacked
I wish the judges didn't let her talk for so long. Waste of taxpayer's money and court's time.
Just tell her – whether the murderer's dirty laundry and bad characteristics were informed to the jury or not, they would have reached the same conclusion.
The main reason for her incarceration and punishment is that SHE CUT OPEN A PREGNANT WOMAN'S WOMB AND DUG OUT HER BABY. For something so minor as covering up her lies!! (This part would argue that her pattern of lying behaviour and testimony from friends on her character is relevant, no?)
Based on the immensely evil and heinous nature of the crime, her other dirty laundry pales in comparison to the DEPRAVITY of her act – no one be thinking about her being fat/ugly/habitual liar when they are deliberating on the punishment – they are still being overwhelmed, disgusted, angry (etc etc.) at the torture and murder of an innocent pregnant woman and baby!!

I know Brenda Andrew. It caught me off guard hearing her name and her case used as an example by the defense. She’s currently the only female on Oklahoma’s death row. Her conviction was upheld.
The fact that someone is arguing the decision, is mind blowing.
She will wear the capital punishment badge well…. Let justice be done
Through digging found out there was testimony of her stalking OB clinics and taking down license plate numbers of pregnant women. The jury had plenty to work with outside these claims.

The evidence shows the baby was born alive medical staff said the baby was born alive medical professionals said the baby would have been viable if she wouldn't have been deprived of oxygen why are we even having this conversation it doesn't matter if the baby was alive or not at birth she butchered this mother and kidnapped the baby she got the death penalty for this she should be punished by a good old public butchering this is why everyone hates lawyers and why they as a whole are bad people I get that they're supposed to fight for their client but when you have someone that's clearly guilty admitted it and the evidence is what it is you don't try to get them off on charges you don't lie and deceive the court to try and get a lesser punishment it may be legal because there's loop holes they can use to flat out lie but it makes them pieces of rotten moldy shit this lawyer and her partner are nothing but pieces of shit they don't deserve to ve amongst the public breathing the same air as decent everyday people I refuse to believe they're going to the same place as the rest of us when they pass someone who argues this trash in a court room is useless and a waste of air space it makes you not human

what an absurd appeal trial. The state should stop wasting taxpayer's money by limiting the amount of appeal these criminals are allowed, She is quilty because she opened the mother to extract the baby hence killing both. Ridiculous.

so its just ONE dp is this the point? she doesnt want to be charged with the babies death. so she thinks ONE DP will save her from her death? Highly unlikely it is a difficult to prove in court cases about babies being born unalive etc. IE that cheerleader girl said thebaby wasnt alive and it was believed. so she didnt get charged with murder. it was a shocking case. Also I agree with a comment, that she did NOT want that baby to live, so many issues for her with that happening blood tests illnesses, she wanted her unalive so she could get sympathy and attention and she just wanted to prove that she was INDEED pregnant, see I didnt lie but my baby died. POOR ME.

The cases the lawyer is trying to present for a defense seems irrelevant to the case. Taylor's actions killed 2 people and she has no remorse.
If people would stop calling a baby, a fetus! It's a human being at conception.
