Argentine forward Lionel Messi marked his return from injury with two goals and an assist to help Inter Miami to a 3-1 win against Philadelphia Union.
Messi has not played since suffering an ankle injury in Argentina’s win over Colombia in the Copa America final in July.
The injury kept him out of this month’s World Cup qualifiers, which they lost 2-1 to Colombia.

Mikael Uhre scored the opener for Philadelphia while Messi’s double plus Luis Suarez’s goal in second-half stoppage time sealed the win for Miami.
