Coach Chibueze Ononiwu, the Mbaise-born tactician of Amuohuru Nguru, is completing his coaching program at the National Institute of Sports (NIS), Lagos, as he transforms Campos FC into a more formidable and lethal team ahead of the new football season.
Ononiwu has continued to make a name for himself as one of grassroots football’s most promising coaches, having guided Campos FC to become Imo State FA Cup champions and OISA Pro League champions, as well as finishing runners-up in last season’s NLO 1 playoffs.
His growing experience on the touchline, combined with the advanced knowledge gained at NIS, has further strengthened his understanding of modern football tactics, team management and player development.
As he concludes his program at the national citadel of sports education, the Mbaise coach focuses on applying his new knowledge to make Campos FC stronger, more organized and more dangerous in its approach.
For Ononiwu, the journey is only just beginning, as the talented Mbaise tactician continues to prepare himself and Campos FC for the bigger challenges ahead.
