Victor Osimhen has apologized to Napoli’s coach and entire squad following his behavior at Bologna on Sunday.
Osimhen shouted at Rudi Garcia on the touchlines after being substituted during the team’s 0-0 draw away at Bologna on Sunday.
Garcia withdrew and replaced the forward with Giovanni Siomene shortly after his penalty miss with Napoli still searching for the winning goal.
Osimhen was not happy with the decision and was caught on camera, telling Garcia in French that he should have finished the game with two strikers, rather than pulling him in out.
Calciomercato, however, reported that the 24-year-old has apologized to the French gaffer and the entire for his actions.
Also the pair spoke about the incident during Monday training and it is reported that everything is now fine and they are working in the same direction.
Garcia is preparing the team visit of Udinese on Wednesday, where Napoli will hope to avoid going four consecutive matches in Serie A without a win.
