Nigeria, others’ crude oil boost OPEC+ output, tempers Saudi, Russia cut

Crude oil output in Nigeria and Iraq amongst others tempered the cut adopted by Saudi Arabia and Russia in August, a Platts survey conducted by S&P Global Commodity Insights has revealed.
