Police machines attract defenders in the Ogun Swan 2025 security cup

The stage is prepared for another exciting edition of the Ogun Swan Security Cup, since the raffles of the group stage occupied the center of the stage on Friday.

Security agencies throughout the State will once again change their uniforms for football kits, testing their skills, teamwork and resistance in the field.

In Group A, The Spotlight is in an alignment full of stars with the 2023 Nigerian Champions Police force, Amotekun Corps, The Fire Service and Champions of the Maiden Edition, Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC).

In Group B, defenders of the Champions of the Customs Service of Nigeria (NCS), will be presented to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCOS) and the Commission of Economic and Financial Crimes (EFCC).

Speaking after the draws, the president of Swan, the state of Ogun, comrade Michael-Azeez Ogunsiji praised the agencies for their consistent participation, pointing out that the competition is more than just football.

“This tournament encourages unity, friendship and healthy rivalry among our security agents. Beyond the objectives and tacle, it is about teamwork, physical state and build stronger links between agencies,” he said.

The President, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), Mr. Bayo Adegboyega, assured the participants that this edition will be the best in all spheres.

He asked the interested parties of football to contribute their fee to ensure that the Swan 2025 security cup is launched and ends with a successful note.

The 2025 edition of the competition will begin on October 10, 2025 in the state of Mko Abiola Sports Arena Kuto, Abekuta, state of Ogun.
