Porto have parted ways with Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi after ending his brief loan spell with the Portuguese champions, having failed to activate the €8m purchase option in his deal.
“Our colors are now also part of the history of your champion. Thank you, Moffi, and good luck in the next stage,” Porto wrote in a farewell message to the Nigerian forward after his departure from the club.
Moffi joined Porto on loan in January after being attacked by OGC Nice fans in France. He was brought in as a replacement for injured striker Samu Omorodion, but struggled to break into the starting eleven.
The Super Águilas striker played 15 games for Porto, scoring two goals and providing one assist during his brief time at the club.
