Ruthless Chelsea Whip West Ham 5-1

Chelsea beat West Ham United 5-1 to earn the first victory of the Premier League campaign of 2025/26 and accumulate more pressure on their former coach, Graham Potter.

The blues had the talisman Cole Palmer, their heating at the London stadium and remained behind in a spectacular sixth minute strike by Lucas Paqueta, but their response was emphatic.

Joao Pedro marked and provided an assist for Pedro Neto while Chelsea launched the screenplay in the 23rd minute and a tap-in Enzo Fernandez made them 3-1 before the interval.

The West Ham was whistled during the break and some poor defense sets saw two more goals before the hour while Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah entered into.

The hammers are basically after two games, while Chelsea is on top of four points.
