Seyi Tinubu consoles Chief Priest Cubana after losing the APC representative ticket in Imo

President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi, consoles businessman and socialite Pascal Okechukwu, known as the Grand Imam of Cuba after the latter lost his bid to get a ticket to contest in the House of Representatives.

The Cuban Grand Imam lost the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries held on Saturday.

He is seeking the APC ticket for Orsu/Orlu/Oru Eastern Federal Constituency in Imo State ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The socialite who served as Coordinator of the Imo State Municipal Children’s Movement lost to the incumbent representing the constituency, Hon. Canice Nwachukwu, after reportedly garnering 14 votes.

In response, Seyi shared a message of encouragement to the nightlife promoter in a post on his Instagram page on Sunday, which was later reposted by Cubana.

He said: “Bro, sometimes by losing the battle, you find new ways to win the war. Keep it up @cubana_chiefpriest. We know what you are capable of achieving.”
