Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar said on Thursday that his ambition to become president on the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) represents a movement.
Atiku stated this in a statement posted on his verified X handle in Abuja, following the submission of his nomination form and expression of interest.
He said with the submission of the form, his efforts to restore prosperity and better days for Nigeria had taken a bold and decisive step forward.
“This step to restore prosperity and better days for our beloved nation is a firm and decisive step forward today.

“This is more than just a political journey; this is a national movement rooted in hope, renewal and a collective determination to save Nigeria from despair.

“Together, we will restore the promise of our nation and bring back the good times,” the former President wrote.
Atiku urged Nigerians to unite in efforts to restore the country’s dignity.
