The suspect of the Lakurawa warrior killed three police officers in Kebbi

The alleged Bandit Lakurawa had killed three police officers during the attack on the commuter along Jalan Zogirma -tilli in the Bunza Local Government Area in the Kebbi state.

A spokesman for the State Police Command, Nafiu Abubakar, confirmed the news in a statement on Saturday in Birnin-Kebbi.

He said police officers were killed in a weapon duel with terrorists.

“After receiving the report, the division police officer in Zogirma immediately mobilized the officers’ team and rushed to the scene, with strengthening from the police troop squadron No. 36 in Birnin Kebbi.

“A fierce weapons duel occurred between security operators and bandits, which resulted in the death of three police officers,” the spokesman added.
