WAFCON Warm-up: Super Falcons beat Senegal over two legs

Joy Omewa and Asisat Oshoala scored as Nigeria’s Super Eagles beat Senegal 3-0 in an international friendly in Ikenne-Remo on Monday.

Head coach Justin Madugu had beaten Teranga Lionesses 2-1 in the previous friendly.

The teams are currently preparing for the upcoming African Women’s Cup (AWCON) scheduled to be held in July.

The Super Falcons will play Egypt, Malawi and Zambia in the group stages of the upcoming competition.
