The Court prohibits Nnamdi Kanu’s father -in -law from 3 proceedings for live streaming

The High Federal Court of Abuja, Tuesday, banned Mrs. Favor Kanu, wife of Prince Fine Bineboy Kanu, the younger brother of Nnamdi Kanu for streaming the proceedings of life in court on his Facebook page.

Kanu, the leader of Biafra’s prohibited indigenous people (IPOB), was pursued by the Federal Government for alleged terrorist accusation.

Judge James Omotosho, who gave the order, after Mrs. Favor admitted that she had committed herself in the act and apologized to the court, said Mrs. Deferen would have been accused of contempt for the Court.

Although even Kanu’s lawyer, chief Kanu Agabi, San, apologized on his behalf, the Oomotosho judge insisted that Mrs. Deference would have been prohibited by three proceedings.

The judge expressed surprise that, despite the fact that Mrs. Favor’s phone was confiscated in the last appointment updated when he was surprised to record it, he still went on to publish the video online.

“I want to hear it. Don’t you have what I took your phone?

“I didn’t give order to give up that phone. I don’t know if my brother’s wife could be a wife (Nnamdi Kanu,” said the judge, but Prince told the judge that he is his wife.

The judge, who warned against any act that could cause delays in the trial, ensured all the parties in the event that justice would be served.
