President Bola Tinubu has ensured to the Nigerians that the country will not slide into a single party state, despite the growing support for the All Progressives Congress (APC), which has attributed to the significant results of the party in less than two years in charge.

Speaking on Thursday at the Renewed Hope Agenda Summit held at the Conference Center of the State House in Abuja, Tinubu reiterated the constitutional right of citizens to join freely and choose between political options.

“A party system is not suitable for democracy. We are a party that govern and continue with the aspirations of the Nigerians. You don’t expect people to remain in a ship that sinks without a rescue trip. I am happy with what we have made and waiting for more people to come; this is the game. This is the game. This is the game. This is the game. This is the game. This is the game. This is the game.

The event, convened to evaluate the benefits of the administration between the key sectors, has also witnessed the approval of President Tinubu for a second term by the progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), which includes 22 governors of the APC, the national party work committee, the members of the National Assembly and other leaders of the most important party.

By addressing the party’s faithful, the President said that the economic reforms of his administration began to produce results, with both local and international observers who recognized the efforts to reconstruct the economy. He praised the Federal Executive Council, the National Assembly and the party leadership for their continuous support.

“Together, we are committed to confronting the challenges of Nigeria frontally by reconstructing trust, promoting the prosperity and restoring the economic research of our nation. Today, I am proud to say that our economic reforms are working. Nothing good in life. All of you have ever lived life, and sometimes you have only had hard decisions that can only make things easy in the future. our children and not to be the children.

He added: “Through our renewed agenda of hope, our administration has committed itself to dealing with economic instability, improving safety at national level, reducing corruption, the governance of reforms and lifting our people from poverty. How quickly you could have rebuilt this country? If you allow the refereeing in the exchange rate to continue, this is the grandfather of the corruption. “.

The president recognized the difficulties that the Nigerians had to face because of the reforms, but he claimed that they were the necessary steps for national awakening.

“Yes, we found challenges when we hired an office in May 2023, but we made progress by implementing difficult, long -term, but necessary reforms. We have eliminated foreign refunds and our foreign reforms, due to a foreign reform that will now attract foreign services. To live on our people,” added Tinubu.

“I urge all members to refuse internal sabotage. Involve communities, listen to citizens and build a political structure beyond the elections. We make themselves gather behind the president Bola Tinubu, support our policies and deliver the renewed hope that the Nigerians deserve rightly,” said Ganduje.
