The administrator of the presidential amnesty program (Pap), dr. Dennis Otuaro, he congratulated the traditional sovereign of the Kingdom of Okochiri in the state of sparrows, his real majesty, King Ateke Tom, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
Otuaro was among the prominent guests who honored the colorful celebration of King Ateke’s birthday in his palace in OKOchiri, in the area of the local government of Okrika, Monday.
He described the monarch of rivers as “a respectable leader whose kingdom caused unity, peace, progress and development around his community”.
He stressed that King Ateke, which is also the “Sekuro del Delta del Niger”, was a great good that had contributed immensely to the peace, stability, security and development of the region.
Otuaro expressed the utmost consideration for the traditional institution and the vital role of traditional sovereigns in the peace and development of communities in the Niger delta.
He observed that traditional sovereigns were among the critical interested parties with which Pap was collaborating to strengthen the process of building peace of the program in the region.
He reiterated that the program was in safe hands and strongly motivated by President Bola Tinubu to fill the development gap of human capital of the region through scholarships for formal education and professional training, maritime, agriculture and other relevant commercial areas.
Otuaro said that his policy of inclusiveness ensured the involvement of the women of the Niger delta in the initiatives of the program, underlining that there were plans designed for their strengthening and contribution to the socio-economic growth of the region.
He underlined that he was focused on quality rendering to the people of the region and not distracted by the Shenanigans of his detractors.
Otuaro invited all the interested parties of the Region to remain still in the effort to support the prevalent peace in the region so that socio-economic and development activities can thrive around the communities.
While expressed appreciation for King Ateke for his unshakable support for the program, Boss Pap prayed to God to grant him a long kingdom, longevity and good health.
