President Bola Ahmed Tinubu directed the call of Salihu Abdullahi Dembos, general manager of the Nigerian television authority (NTA), who briefly gave way following some changes in management in the agency.
Dembos has been appointed DG of the television network by President Tinubu in October 2023. He will now return to complete his three -year mandate.
In the same way, the president directed the call of Ayo Adwuyi, executive director of news, complete his three -year mandate, which ends in 2027.
Adwuyi was appointed by President Tinubu in 2024.
According to the president’s special consultant for information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the new directive has actually reversed the previously announced appointments of a general manager, executive director of the news, executive director of marketing and CEO of NTA Enterprises.
