Virginia Giuffre’s family told the BBC that the Duke of York must be completely investigated for the accusations that abused it sexually.
Giuffre was one of the most important victims of the dishonored financier Jeffrey Epstein.
In 2001, at the age of 17, he said Epstein presented it to Prince Andrew, who said he sexually abused them three times.
The prince, who denied all the claims against him, reached an agreement off the pitch with her in 2022, which did not contain any admission of responsibility or apologies.
Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s brother, made the comments on the prince on Sunday with the Laura Kuenssberg program. Elsewhere in the exclusive interview, he said that Lord Mandelson, who was fired this week on Epstein Links, would never have had to be appointed ambassador of the United Kingdom in the United States.
Prince Andrew, who was approached for a comment, went back from real duties in 2019 due to Epstein’s scandal and after cultivating a backlash from an interview with the BBC NewsNight on his friendship with the condemned pedophile.
But a visibly exciting Mr. Roberts told the BBC that he felt the prince “he hadn’t achieved enough”.
“It doesn’t matter if it is a member of the royal family or the president or the prince … every single person deserves to be kept in the maximum measure of the law,” he said.
“Obviously it has been stripped of … all these different things and publicly shameful in certain ways, but it is not enough,” added Roberts.
“The fact that it is still out there, which still lives in a building or a castle is not enough.
“It has been time that we put every single person, that you are a real, Prince Andrew, you must be completely investigated and if you find out that you have had a participation, you must be put behind the bars for the rest of your life.”
Mrs. Roberts said she feels “more that comes to light … every single person who knows they have damaged her, they must live with us”.
“I think we are precisely on the precipice to see all those skeletons to start climbing,” he said, although it was not clear if he referred specifically to Prince Andrew.
“You know what you did and this is for you living together,” he said.
Giuffre took his life in April after many years of campaigns.

The interview also touched the relationship of the President of the United States Donald Trump with Epstein. Giuffre said he was abused by Epstein after meeting Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite, in 2000 while working as an assistant for changing rooms at the Trump Mar-a-lago resort in Palm Beach.
The couple said that Epstein’s members who contributed to his recently published birthday book, including Trump, had to be investigated.
“I think anyone in that book, including President Trump, should be fully investigated 100% and, if found, should be kept in the maximum measure of the law,” said Roberts.
Voices of 40 people were published in the book, divided into different categories such as “Friends”, “Business”, “Science” and “Brooklyn”, although the names under “Family” and “Girl Friends” have been drawn up.
These people are not accused of any legal offenses in relation to Epstein’s case.
The White House denied that Trump’s alleged letter to Epstein is authentic.
Giuffre’s brother also urged Trump to release the remaining so -called epstein files.
“If it is not implicated in this, then it needs to do the right thing. And the right thing at the moment is to release the documents, give responsibility to the survivors and give responsibility to my sister,” he said.
In response, a spokesman for the White House has affected what he described as “false news” and told the BBC “is not news that Epstein knew Donald Trump, because Donald Trump has chased Epstein from his club to be a shiver”.
“The Democrats and the media were aware of Epstein and his victims for years and have done nothing to help them while President Trump asked for transparency and is now delivering with thousands of pages of documents,” he added. [BBC]
