2027: Jandor assumes APC governorship in Lagos

The 2023 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Adediran, alias Jandor, has purchased the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination Form for next year’s elections in the state.

Adediran, the Visionary Leader of the Lagos4Lagos Movement, disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday in Lagos by his Media assistant, Mr. Gbenga Ogunleye.

Adediran took the step amidst support from the Deputy Governor of Lagos, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Government Advisory Council (GAC) and others as the party’s consensus candidate.

The presidential candidate said the move underscored his commitment to the party’s established procedures and the principles of internal democracy.

“I reiterate my deep respect, loyalty and unwavering commitment to the National Leader of the APC and President Bola Tinubu.
