Achimugu: Court grants final confiscation of N4.6 billion jewellery, N4.3 billion car, $50,000, N30 million to government

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT sitting in Apo, Abuja, has granted final confiscation of properties linked to a business woman and socialite, Miss Aisha Achimugu to the federal government.

The properties include jewelery worth N4.64 billion, eleven exotic cars worth N4.3 billion, Two Hundred and Ninety Three Million Naira), $50,000 and N30 million.

Justice Jude Onwugbuzie granted the order on Thursday, 16 July 2026 in ruling on the application for final confiscation of the property by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC
