Bayelsa: Navy hands over 2 suspects cable vandals to NSCDC

The Nigerian Navy Forward Operating Base (FOB) FORMOSO, Bayelsa, on Monday handed over two suspected armored cable vandals to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC).
