Police on Monday charged a 36-year-old man, Kennedy Mburuche, at the Ojo Magistrates Court in Lagos, for allegedly assaulting staff of the Eko Elelctricity Distribution Company (EKEDC). Mburuche was charged with two counts of assault and breach of peace. However, he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
