Strike: FG, NLC, Nupeng, Dangote Group Meeting Deadlocked – Thage

The Monday reconciliation meeting called by the Federal Government to resolve the controversy between Dangote Group and National Union of Petroleum and Gas Workers, Nupeng, for alleged anti -Duons of the private refinery, ended in a stalemate, with the Nigerian labor congress, NLC, accusing the management of dands of having walked for the meeting.

The meeting was copresiended by the Minister of Labor, Muhammed Dingyadi, and Minister of State for Work, Nkeiru Onyejeocha.

According to the NLC, the representatives of Dangote Industries Limited organized a walk on others during the reconciliation meeting called to resolve the comparison on the free distribution proposal of fuel by the refinery of Dangote and the petrochemical society.

The meeting was summoned by the Federal Government to Abuja to save the country’s economy by being paralyzed by the threat of Nupeng to strike.

It was said that the meeting, which lasted about seven hours, ended in a stalemate.

According to the spokesman for the Labor Nigeria congress, Benson Upah: “The representatives of the dance refinery came out of the minister and organized the work”.

When asked if there was no agreement, Upah replied: No.

“Even when we bent back to us to welcome his uncompromising behavior, he still did what he had to do.

“So they don’t leave us any other choice than to need.

“The action continues.”

Others who participated in the meeting are national leaders of Nupeng; Officials of the NLC and the Union Congress (TUC); Executive director of the distribution systems, storage and retail infrastructures at the Nigerian Midstream and the downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Nmdpra), Ogbugo Ukoha; and representatives of Dil and Mrs Petroleum.
