Terem Moffi has returned to complete training with Ligue 1 Side OGC Nice after spending months apart due to an injury.
The 25 -year -old Nigeria, had been out of action since the preseason, losing the entire 2024/25 Ligue 1 campaign so far. However, on Wednesday, he returned to the field in the Nice training field, participating in a session that was open to the public.
Moffi’s return was confirmed by the journalist of L’Equipe Romain Lafont, who reported that the striker participated in the heating exercises and passed with teammates before completing his session with an individual training along with a member of the club staff .
Lafont shared in X (previously Twitter): “Terem Moffi and Morgan Sanson present at the Nice Collective Training this Wednesday.”
Nice also marked Moffi’s return sharing images of the forward’s training with his teammates on his official website.
Moffi played for the last time for Nice on May 19, 2024, in a 2-2 draw against Lille.

His most recent appearance for Nigeria arrived in a World Cup qualifier against Benin Republic on June 10, where he played 51 minutes in the 2-1 defeat of the Super Eagles.
Initially it is expected to return in the preseason, Moffi suffered a rupture of LCA at the end of July, which extended his time outside. In total, he has now been out of action for eight months and two days.
The striker joined Nice from Lorient on loan in January 2023, and the movement became permanent at the end of the season.
Last season, he was the top scorer of the club, obtaining 11 goals and providing two assists in 30 appearances in Ligue 1.
Beyond its contributions at the club level, Moffi was also instrumental for Nigeria in the late 2023 AFCon in Abidjan, particularly in the semifinal clash against South Africa.
Since he arrived in Nice, it has been established as one of the most reliable attack options in the club.
Now, with his return to training, the 25 -year -old could do his competitive return for Les Aiglons before the end of the month.
The Moffi Ligue 1 race, which began in October 2020 with Lorient, has seen it score 51 goals and register 11 assists in 133 appearances.
