The Rivers government has taken an official vehicle from the residence of a suspended deputy governor, Ngozi ODU.
Bola President Tinubu suspended ODU with Governor Siminilayi Fubara and a member of the Rivers State Council for six months in March.
Elected officials were suspended by the President for a prolonged political crisis in an oil -rich country.
Senior special advisor on. Media to the Rivers State Single Administrator, Hector Igbikiowubo, who confirmed the development in a statement on Tuesday said three vehicles were found from the residence of the Deputy Governor.
He registered the vehicle as two Van Toyota Hilux and one Hiace bus.

The spokesman said the exercise followed the routine administrative directions aimed at securing government property.
The statement reads: “The river state government has recorded with disappointment in the deliberate presentation of the legitimate collection of two Toyota Hilux vehicles and one hiace bus from the deferred deputy governor.
“This routine administrative action, which aims to secure government property, has been twisted by political opportunists who are trying to create unnecessary tensions.
“We question the motives of those who politicize this problem: What legal goals are served by this vehicle in the premise of the Deputy Governor who were deferred for more than one month after the emergency declaration?”
