African Men’s U18 Volleyball Championship 2026: Nigeria faces Libya in quarter-finals today

The Nigeria U-18 men’s volleyball team will face Libya in the quarter-finals of the 2026 African U-18 Men’s Volleyball Championship today, Monday, July 27, in Alexandria, Egypt, with a place in the last four at stake.

The young Nigerians booked their place in the knockout stage after an impressive group stage and will now look to continue their title quest against a determined Libyan team in one of four quarter-final matches.

Nigeria’s victory will secure them a place in the semi-finals, where they will face the winner of the Central African clash between Cameroon and Burundi.

On the opposite side of the draw, hosts Egypt will face Algeria, while Tunisia and Morocco will renew their North African rivalry for the remaining ticket to the semi-finals.
