Nigeria striker, Gift Monday, has officially left Costa Adeje Tenerife to move to the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) with Washington Spirit.
His departure was confirmed by the Spanish League F Club, which ended almost three seasons with the team.
Impressive spell in Spain
On Monday, who joined Tenerife in 2022 of FC robbery Queens (Nigeria Women Football League), played more than 70 games for the club.
She goes as the top scorer of the team for the 2024/25 season with 12 goals and three assists in 19 games Liga F and two appearances in the Queen’s Cup.
In total, he scored 22 goals during his time with the club.
The best League F player F was named in February 2025.
