Kocaelispor interested in signing Henry Onyakuru

The newly promoted Turkish side of Super Lig, Kocaelispor is interested in Nigerian striker Henry Onyakuru.

Onyakuru will become a free agent at the end of June when his contract with the Saudi Arabia Al-Fayha Expire Club.

According to the Turkish departure aksam.com.tr, it is expected that representatives of Onyakuru travel to Türkiye to hold conversations with Kocaelispor.

The 27 -year -old is no stranger to Turkish football, after having previously played for Galatasaray, where he scored 14 goals and provided three assists in the Super Lig.

He registered 11 goals and three assists in 38 appearances for Al-Fayha.

According to the reports, Kocaelispor is interested in signing the old Monaco and Olympiacos, since they believe that their experience and quality of attack could play a key role to help the club retain their higher flight status
