Chiamaka Nnadozie was in goal as Paris FC Féminine fell 4-1 to Chelsea in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, on Thursday.
Nnadozie was beaten for the first time in the match at the half-hour mark when Sam Kerr unleashed a right-footed shot, assisted by Lauren James.
The highly rated Goalkeeper was called into action again our minutes later, with an effort from Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, but Nnadozie responded with fine save.
Paris FC got their leveler seven minutes before the break as Gaëtane Thiney’s cross met Théa Greboval’s header, restoring parity momentarily.
However, Chelsea regained the lead early in the second half, with Kerr scoring her second and completing a hat-trick with a remarkable lob from outside the box.
The final blow came from Sophie Ingle’s strike in the first minute of stoppage time, securing a 4-1 victory for Emma Hayes’ Chelsea side.
Nnadozie’s challenges continue, having conceded a total of 6 goals in the first two Champions League matches.
Paris FC is yet to secure a victory in the competition, facing consecutive losses in the opening games.
