Ogbelu appointed in the Esperance Club World Cup team

Esperance Sportive de Tunisia has appointed Nigerian midfielder onuche Ogbelu on his team for the next FIFA Club World Cup.

Ogbelu, who plays as a central defensive midfielder, is known for his composure and solidity in the middle of the park.

He represented Nigeria in the U-20 Cup of Nations of Africa 2023, where he helped flying eagles to secure a bronze medal.

The former International Youth of Nigeria recently signed a new contract with Espérance, keeping it in Tunisian giants until June 30, 2028.

Ogbelu will now be aimed at consolidating his place in the team and demonstrating his value during the tournament.
