  10. I done this exercise for 1month I can see the results but I stop doing for two weeks so that It again gain now I will start to do from today itself

To anyone trying these, these won't work as spot reduction is a myth.. you need cardio+strength training combo 4x a week to burn overall….its my personal expirence, i have tried these for 4 months daily but no results, until i realized this and started maintaing calorie deficit and clean eating.
