Order of the Court for the final confiscation of ownership, vehicles and electronics related to drug trafficking in Lagos

Judge Ibrahim Ahmad Kala of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos ordered the final decadence of a five -story building and various other activities related to illicit drug trafficking, following a successful demand by the National Drug Law Evening Agency (NDLEA).

The perfect real estate sector is located in Waziri Ibrahim Street n. 16, off Elsie Femi Pearso Road, Victoria Island, Lagos, which investigators have described as a basis for operations for a drug trafficking organization specialized in the distribution of Canadian noises, a powerful cannabis sativa tension.

The final decline also includes five vehicles: Blue Toyota Sienna (Kja 79 HJ), Volkswagen Delivery Van (AAA 525 JE), Ash Kia Ceranto (Bog 860 6q), Black Land Cruiser Prado (Akd 472 DZ), Red Grand Caravan Dodge (App 847 YF).

Other objects are: 13 refrigerators, 70 air conditioners, 84 televisions.

The Ndlea, through his lawyer by a lawyer Bohari Abdulahi, brought the question marked with FHC/L/Misc/447/25, based on the relevant provisions of the Nigerian Constitution, the NDLEA Act and the crime law (Recovery and Management), 2022.

According to a sworn declaration of 29 paragraphs made by the Deputy Commander of the Narcotics, Nasir Garba Bungudu, the agency acted in credible intelligence in April 2025 on the activities of a drug union led by a notorious figure identified as a noble Phillip, now in general.

The property, designed as an 80 -room hotel in the arrival, was used for storage and coordination of drugs. A raid conducted on April 25, 2025, led to the seizure of 586 Canadian packages aloud, weighing 415.5 kilograms, evaluated at about 1 billion.

The Ndlea agents also recovered various documents from the premises, including the land title and the international passport of Noble Phillip, confirming its property of the building.

One of the organization’s agents, Ayitu Eze, who masked as a receptionist at the Caesar Hotel and the Lounge Hook (both operational within the same property), was arrested and accused in Frn against Ayitu Eze (FHC/L/541c/2025). He declared himself guilty and was sentenced on July 2, 2025, receiving a five -year sentence, a fine of 1 million and six months of service to the community.

Judge Kala, after examining all the exhibitions and presentations, said that the Ndlea had sufficiently established the link between the property and the crimes related to drugs. Thus ordered that all listed activities were finally dedicated to the federal government of Nigeria.
