Passengers injured in Abuja-Kaduna train accident

A number of passengers were injured on Monday morning when an Abuja-bound train derailed midway.

The train was traveling from Kaduna when it encountered problems along the busy railway line connecting Abuja with the state.

A source at the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) confirmed the incident to journalists.

However, he remained silent about the number of passengers on the train at the time of the accident.
