Frank Edoho has spoken out on divorce amid rumors of an affair involving his ex-wife and a popular singer

Nigerian media personality and television presenter Frank Edoho has spoken openly about the breakdown of his second marriage and the ongoing divorce proceedings amid social media allegations involving his ex-wife and a popular singer.

This development comes days after unverified reports emerged online claiming that Edoho’s ex-wife allegedly had an affair with renowned Nigerian musician (Omah Lay) while they were still married. The report sparked widespread reactions across social media platforms.

Responding to a statement shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday, Edoho thanked supporters for their messages, prayers and concern following the return of public attention to his personal life.

According to the former Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host, the breakup was not recent, considering he had been dealing with the situation privately for almost two years and had found emotional peace.

“Over the past few days, I have received an outpouring of kind messages, prayers, concern and goodwill regarding my separation and the ongoing divorce process. I really appreciate the empathy,” he wrote.

“While I understand that society is only just waking up to this chapter, I have been living with it personally for some time now (almost 2 years) and have since come to terms with it emotionally.”

Edoho added that he remained focused and grateful despite the circumstances, saying, “Life happens in different seasons, and sometimes moving forward calmly is the most dignified path one can take. I am fine, focused, at peace and very grateful for the love, respect and support that many of you continue to show me.”
