Chelsea lost to Man Utd because Liverpool maintained a perfect start with Derby Win

Chelsea had been defeated 2-1 by Manchester United in a thrilling Premier League meeting at Old Trafford on Saturday night.

Both parties lost each player because of a red card, with goalkeeper Robert Sanches got an order lined up in the fourth minute of the match.

The Blues lost the goalkeeper they followed toxic challenges and paid a lot for it because they were containing two goals before the 38th minute.

Bruno Fernandez opened the score in the 14th minute before Casemiro doubled the advantage for the Red Devils. The Brazilian player was then sent to the second yellow card.

The second half came with a lot of hope, with both sides lost the opportunity, until Chelsea pulled one back in the 80th minute through Trevor Chalobah’s header.

Previously that day, Liverpool won a good derby victory over their city rival Everton, keeping the perfect start for the league season to remain intact.

In other Premier League matches, Brighton and Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2, Burnley and Nottingham Forest also drew 1-1.

West Ham was defeated 2-1 by Crystal Palace while the wolf fell 3-1 to Leeds United.
