The Imo State Police Command has partnered with Patricklingo Pharmaceutical Limited to strengthen healthcare support to police personnel across the State, with the company donating pharmaceutical supplies to the Medical Department of the Command.

Speaking during the presentation, the company’s Managing Director, Chief Onwuelingo Patrick Uchechukwu, said the donation reflects a strong commitment to support officers who risk their lives and health in the line of duty. He noted that the initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of the police medical department and improve access to essential medicines.

The donated items include cartons of Babatem, Rellxtra (gel and tablets), Babadol, Baba, Chakapain, Babafam and Lopramax, which will be used by the Medical Department to meet the healthcare needs of the officers and men of the Command.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, the Commissioner of Police, Imo State Command, CP Audu Garba Bosso, psc(+), mnips, expressed appreciation for the gesture. He described the support as timely and impactful, noting that it will significantly improve staff health, morale and operational effectiveness.

The Police Commissioner assured that the Medical Department will ensure the correct distribution and use of supplies at no cost to officers, reaffirming the Command’s commitment to the well-being of personnel.

The Command encourages well-meaning individuals and organizations to emulate this initiative, as collective support remains vital to strengthen the police force and ensure public safety across Imo State
